Grays fell back into the Blue Square Premier relegation zone after a goalless draw with Rushden & Diamonds.

Both keepers made early saves, with Stephen Arnold denying Andy Burgess's long-range strike, while Dale Roberts thwarted Grays' Tommy Black.

Roberts made a brilliant second-half save, tipping Andy Pugh's 25-yard effort over the crossbar.

Pugh was denied once more by Roberts, while Stuart Thurgood and Jamie Stuart missed the target for the home side.
