Torquay twice came from behind to beat Northwich, who remain rooted at second-bottom in the Blue Square Premier.

The hosts took the lead on 34 minutes when Kyle Perry headed home Lee Elam's cross before Chris Todd levelled four minutes into the second-half.

But John Allan responded six minutes later from Ryan Brown's cross before Tim Sills equalised from Kevin Nicholson's cross on 68 minutes.

And substitute Roscoe D'Sane lashed home the winner 14 minutes from time.

Torquay United manager Paul Buckle told BBC Radio Devon:

"It was a tough game.

"The conditions were awful and the pitch was terrible and we came from behind twice to win the game.

"We dominated the first half and we created good chances."
