Jamie Barker scored a hat-trick as Histon destroyed Grays to move into third place ahead of Torquay.

Histon hit four goals in 19 first-half minutes, starting with Barker's headed opener from Gareth Gwillim's free-kick.

Antonio Murray scored right-footed from 12 yards for the second before Barker volleyed his second and then headed in Jack Midson's cross.

Grays' consolation came three minutes before half-time when Andy Pugh drilled into the top corner from 25 yards.
