Justin Richards grabbed the winner against Lewes to keep Kidderminster's play-off hopes alive.
Richards converted Matthew Barnes-Homer's cross from close range on 19 minutes to give the visitors the lead.
Lewes failed to create anything of note in a drab second half, while Chris McPhee wasted a gilt-edged chance to extend Kidderminster's lead.
Matthew Brittain also went close for the visitors with a late free-kick but his effort was well blocked.
