Ishmael Welsh's second-half strike earned Grays Athletic a point against Forest Green Rovers.

Andrew Mangan opened the scoring for Rovers when he lobbed keeper Steven Arnold from 12 yards.

Grays responded with keeper Terry Burton twice denying Barry Cogan and also keeping out an Andy Pugh strike.

David Brown and Alex Lawless then went close for the home side before Grays levelled when Welsh drilled in a left-foot shot 20 minutes from time.
