Lewes 0-2 Cambridge Utd

Lewes remained rooted to the bottom of the Blue Square Premier after Cambridge United handed the coastal town side their 10th successive league defeat.

United did not score their first until seven minutes from time when Scott Rendell buried from the spot after Anthony Barness fouled Chris Holroyd.

Robbie Willmott added the second with a header from six yards out after he connected with Courtney Pitt's cross.

Cambridge now lie in second, level on points with Histon.
