Salisbury and Forest Green both failed to climb out of the relegation zone after battling to a lively draw.
The home side took an early lead when Charlie Griffin headed in Liam Feeney's corner, before Forest Green levelled with their first meaningful attack.
Lee Fowler got on the end of Simon Clist's cross to score from close range and David Brown's header just before the break put them ahead.
The Whites equalised late on when Griffin headed his second of the game.
