Rushden & Diamonds are now five games without a victory after a disappointing goalless draw at Mansfield.

Neil Cousins came close to a first-half goal for the visiting team after connecting with Kurt Robinson's cross but Alan Marriott saved his shot.

Marriott was called into action again after 34 minutes when he saved a long-range strike from Marcus Kelly.

Mansfield have now taken 13 points from the last 18 possible but rarely threatened the Rushden goal.
