Grays 0-1 Burton

A first-half goal from Jamie Yates kept Burton at the top of the Blue Square Premier and extended their impressive winning streak to 12 matches.

Grays started well, however, and Sam Sloma jinked past two challenges only to fire over from the edge of the area.

After 31 minutes Burton were ahead when Greg Pearson's left-wing cross was tucked away by Yates inside the area.

Sloma and Wesley Thomas were denied but Burton had chances too, John McGrath wide and Shaun Harrad's shot saved.
