Mansfield 0-2 Burton

Goals from Greg Pearson and Marc Goodfellow gave Burton victory over Mansfield to move them 10 points clear at the top of the Blue Square Premier.

Goodfellow came off the bench to tee up Pearson for the opener on 26 minutes.

Pearson returned the favour soon after, setting up Goodfellow, who found the top corner from the edge of the area.

Burton dominated David Holdsworth's first game in charge of Mansfield and Stags keeper Patrick Gamble denied Jody Banim and Goodfellow after the break.
