Forest Green moved out of the bottom four in the Blue Square Premier with a win over fellow strugglers Barrow.

Adriano Rigoglioso twice failed to hit the target before smashing the opener into the bottom corner from 18 yards.

Andrew Mangan then doubled Green's advantage with a neat finish just after the half-hour mark.

David Brown reduced the arrears for Barrow from close range before the break but Nick Rogan's late header flew over to deny them a point.
