Martin Riley equalised for promotion-chasing Kidderminster a minute after they had fallen behind, to earn a point against struggling Forest Green.
Harriers keeper Adam Bartlett had punched Lee Fowler's corner into his own net to hand the visitors the lead against the run of play.
But Riley quickly levelled from close range when he fired home from a corner.
Curtis McDonald had a chance to win it for Forest Green after the break but he shot just wide of the left-hand post.
Kidderminster manager Mark Yates told BBC Hereford and Worcester:

"We deserved a point and that was probably the best that we could have hoped for today.
"There were too many people who were not on top of their game. There was no tempo and no urgency.
"We took too many wrong decisions and it was a day when it didn't happen for us."
