Roscoe D'Sane's brace and one each from Nicky Wroe and Tim Sills helped strengthen Torquay's play-off push.

D'Sane opened the scoring after converting Wayne Carlisle inswinging corner with a left foot strike.

He made it 2-0 soon after firing home from the left side of the penalty area before Daniel Wright pulled one back for the visitors just after the break.

Wroe secured the points with his low 12-yard finish with Sills adding a fourth from Kevin Nicholson's corner.
