Grays bounced back from their shock FA Trophy defeat to Hayes and Yeading last week with a win over Barrow, Barry Cogan the home hero with two goals.

The home side started brightly but it was Barrow that opened the scoring, Jason Walker striding onto Paul Tait's pass and drilling into the net.

Four minutes before half-time, though, the home side were level when Cogan prodded home Ishmael Welsh's cross.

And Cogan struck the winner from the edge of the area on 56 minutes.
