Havant & Waterlooville boss Shaun Gale has promised changes to his playing staff after their "embarrassing" home defeat by Dorchester.
The Hawks were beaten 2-1 in the Blue Square South clash, leaving them 17th in the table.
Gale told BBC Radio Solent: "The first 45 minutes was embarrassing and I won't stand for it."
The Hawks' board had issued a statement saying they have "no intention whatsoever" of sacking Gale.
"It's time for me to wield the axe now. Players will be leaving this club," added Gale.

"We've got some decent players here but they're totally under-performing. We're all in it together and it's now a relegation fight.
"I won't walk away from things. I've never quit anything in my life."
