Paul Jones struck 20 minutes from time to rescue a point for Barrow after an entertaining match against Altrincham.

Barrow's Jason Walker opened the scoring with his sixth of the season, lashing in from 25 yards, and David Brown and Paul Brown both hit the bar.

Altrincham made them pay for their profligacy when first Alex Meechan slid home and then Colin Little's shot deflected off Mike Pearson and home.

But Jones headed in Mark Boyd's corner to level it up and salvage a draw.
