Fallon has guided Histon to top spot in the Blue Square Premier

Histon manager Steve Fallon has won the Blue Square Premier manager of the month award for November.

Fallon's side completed the month with a 100% record of six victories from their six matches.

Their run of results included four league wins and two FA Cup victories against Swindon Town and Leeds United.

Meanwhile Eastleigh boss Ian Baird earned the Blue Square South award and AFC Telford United manager Rob Smith won the Blue Square North award.
