York 0-1 Grays

Wesley Thomas earned Grays their first away win of the season but they are still stuck in the relegation zone.

Thomas fired the winner past goalkeeper Michael Ingham in the 26th minute after being played in by Jamie Slabber.

York had only themselves to blame as they had previously wasted a number of good chances, including a shot wide from Craig Farrell.

York then laid siege to the Grays goal but keeper David Button kept out shots from Ben Purkiss and Adam Boyes.
