Torquay 0-0 Cambridge Utd

Torquay lost ground on league leaders Burton after they were held by fellow promotion hopefuls Cambridge.

Visiting midfielder Mark Convery headed over the bar from inside the penalty area in what was the best chance of a first half short on goalmouth action.

Wayne Carlisle and Elliot Benyon tested Cambridge keeper Danny Potter with long-range efforts after the break.

And Potter ensured the points were shared with a superb save from Danny Stevens' shot from the edge of the box.
