A close-range effort from French striker Pierre Joseph-Dubois handed Weymouth a 1-0 victory over Barrow.
The former Reading trainee found space for himself in the area to fire past Barrow goalkeeper Tim Deasy seven minutes into the second half.
Barrow should have equalised in the 65th minute when Matt Henney volleyed over from Paul Brown's pass.
Weymouth could have made the points safe in the 83rd minute, but Mike Pearson blocked Stuart Beavon's shot.
