Northwich 0-1 Burton

Nigel Clough
Clough's side are two points clear of Kettering at the top

Shaun Harrad's stunning 25-yard strike sent Burton to the top of the non-League pyramid for the first time in their 58-year history.

Harrad latched onto John McGrath's pass before unleashing a fierce strike into the bottom left corner.

Nigel Clough's side struggled to shake off a determined Northwich side who impressed under new boss Steve King.

Harrad could have doubled his tally in the second half but was denied by a fine save by Vics keeper Michael Jones.
