Salisbury claimed a surprise victory over high-flying Crawley on Thursday night to end their miserable run of seven straight defeats.
Crawley passed up two chances in the first half, with Danny Forrest and Adam Quinn at fault in front of goal.
The home side took the lead on 50 minutes after Crawley keeper Simon Rayner's horrific error saw him drop a straightforward catch over the line.
And Sean Clohessy's deflected effort made sure of the win for Salisbury.
