It was a family affair at Field Mill as the Williams brothers extended new Wrexham boss Dean Saunders' 100 per cent record.
But Mansfield Town had taken the lead as striker Emile Sinclair scored from close range in the 28th minute.
Defender Mike Williams levelled for Wrexham two minutes later as he headed home Wes Baynes' right-wing corner.
Younger brother Marc snatched the win with his fourth goal in three games as he converted Mike Proctor's pass.
Wrexham boss Dean Saunders said:
"Some of the lads have not been in a battle like that, they had to compete in the middle of the park - it was the ugly side of football and I wanted to see if were capable of doing that. They are.
"All I've got to do is improve the quality of the balls into the strikers, the crossing, the finishing, the timing of the runs and the passing - we've got a frame-work to work within , all we've we've got to get better at it.
"I was pleased with my third successive win but anyone who doesn't want to be improved as a player, then there's no future for them here."
