Histon maintained their impressive start to the season as Gareth Gwillim created the second-half chances which brought them victory over Salisbury.
Gwillim forced an early save from James Bittner before Andrew Sandell headed against the bar for the visitors.
Histon broke the deadlock when Gwilliam's inswinging free-kick was nodded in by Josh Simpson.
And another Gwillim set-piece sealed the points as defender Jonathan Bass turned the ball into his own net.
