North Leigh manager Mark Gee has urged his players to return to the standards they set at the start of the season.

The West Oxfordshire club have lost their last three games and Gee told BBC Oxford they cannot afford to be complacent in the Southern League.

"We had a great start and worked really hard to get the results we got here.

"I think our work rate has dropped a little bit and we have been punished for individual mistakes. We have created chances and not taken them."

North Leigh were promoted from the Hellenic League in the summer and Gee believes his players have taken their early season form for granted.

"Generally we have dropped our game by about 10-15% and whilst it was fine last year, this year it's not," Gee added.
