Mansfield came from behind to earn their first away victory of the season in a pulsating game at Salisbury.
Andrew Sandell put the home side ahead from close range but three goals in three frantic second-half minutes saw the game level at 2-2.
Jonathan Bass's own goal drew the Stags level before Feeney rifled Salisbury ahead from the edge of the area but Mark Stallard's shot made it 2-2.
And Aaron O'Connor grabbed Mansfield's winner with a fine 18-yard strike.
