Two Gareth Seddon goals helped Kettering maintain their unbeaten start to the season after they won at Barrow.
The visitors went in front after 12 minutes when Craig Westcarr found space in the box to shoot past Tim Deasy.
Seddon headed Kettering's second in the 56th minute and finished well to grab his second seven minutes later but Matt Henney pulled a goal back soon after.
Paul Tait's tidy finish from six yards gave Barrow hope but Jean Paul-Marna's late goal sealed the three points.
