Salisbury moved to the top of the Blue Square Premier table thanks to Liam Feeney's first goal of the season.
The home side started well with Andrew Sandell denied by Weymouth keeper Richard Barnard in the 3rd minute, just before Matt Tubbs fired wide.
Weymouth managed their first effort early well in the second-half when James Bittner denied Stuart Beavon.
But Salisbury, always more impressive, went ahead when Feeney slotted home from 12 yards on 54 minutes.
