James Constable struck twice to help Oxford come from behind to beat Northwich and claim their first away win of the season.

The went in front when Darryn Stamp fired in a cracker from 25 yards that beat keeper Ben Hinchcliffe.

Oxford equalised when Constable fired in a left-foot shot.

They grabbed the winner when Constable was fouled by Scott Tynan in the area - Tynan saved Jamie Guy's kick but he could not stop Constable's rebound.
