Andrew Sandell and Charlie Griffin both scored twice as Salisbury recorded a fine win at Lewes.
Salisbury keeper James Bittner made several good saves before Sandell headed home Ian Herring's cross.
Chamal Fenelon equalised with a lob from 12 yards but Sandell struck with a low drive into the bottom corner.
Griffin, an 83rd-minute substitute, scored from 12 yards to make it 3-1 and then converted a cross from Robbie Matthews deep into injury time.
