New Southport manager Liam Watson has signed 10 players in three days from his former club Burscough after rejoining the Sandgrounders on Monday.
He has brought in strikers Ciaran Kilheeney and Steve Daly, midfielders Alan Moogan and Craig Noone and goalkeeper Anthony McMillan.
Defenders Matty McGinn, James Connolly, Shaun Gray, Earl Davis and Adam Flynn have also followed Watson to Southport.
Midfielder Chris Price has also been drafted in as assistant manager.
Meanwhile, Southport chairman Charlie Clapham says the club are targeting the Blue Square North league title next season after the reappointment of Watson as manager.
Clapham has told BBC Radio Merseyside that achieving promotion will be difficult but it is a realistic target.
"Winning Leagues isn't easy but that's what we have to do. The play-offs are an opportunity but it's not the best way to do it."
Watson, 38, previously managed Southport between 2003 and 2006, winning the Conference North title and ensuring survival the following season.
