Thame United's search for a permanent home looks to be over after they were given permission to build a new ground.
The plans for a development within the town have been approved by South Oxfordshire district council.
Work on the new site, which will include a floodlit ground, an all-weather pitch and a clubhouse, is expected to start within a year.
United left their previous ground, the Windmill Stadium, in 2005 and have been groundsharing with AFC Wallingford.
Thame finished 10th in Division One East of the Sport Italia League last season
