Former Wales manager Terry Yorath has been appointed as Margate's new director of football.

The Ryman League Premier Division club said one of Yorath's jobs would be to help new manager Barry Ashby settle into his role.

He will also take chief responsibility for the club's long-term development.

Supporters will have the chance to question the former Leeds, Tottenham and Wales midfielder at a forum at The Hartsdown from 1900 BST on Tuesday.
