Stevenage 1-2 Northwich

Northwich secured their Blue Square Premier status with a surprise win which ended Stevenage's play-off hopes.

The Vics took the lead from the first chance of the game when Ryan Brown's throw found Michael Carr on the edge of the box and he found the bottom corner.

And the visitors made it 2-0 when Ryan Brown crossed from the left and Joel Byrom coolly converted from six yards.

Boro pulled a goal back with 20 minutes remaining when Moore let fly from 25 yards into the bottom corner.
