Salisbury ended their first season in the Blue Square Premier on a high as they eased past out-of-sorts York.
City's season-long weakness defending crosses into their box was exposed after 34 minutes when Liam Feeney curled in for Tim Bond to score.
And after 37 minutes Matthew Robinson turned provider from out wide for Matt Tubbs to fire home the second.
York substitute Onome Sodje struck the post after the break, but Feeney sealed the win with a strike from 20 yards.
