Robert Dale hit a nine-minute hat-trick as Blyth Spartans eased their Blue Square North relegation fears with a crushing 6-0 win over Worcester City.

Dale put the Northumbrians ahead after only five minutes, and it went from bad to worse for City when Craig Wilding was sent off three minutes later.

Ged Dalton made it two before Dale completed his hat-trick by adding two more by the 14th minute.

Two second-half goals then sealed a comprehensive victory for the hosts.
