Blue Square Premier side Woking have parted company with manager Frank Gray and assistant Gerry Murphy following Tuesday's 2-0 defeat by Stevenage.
A statement on the club's website said the decision was by "mutual consent".
Gray, who played for Leeds, Nottingham Forest, Sunderland and Scotland, departs with Woking in 17th place.
The club, who are nine points clear of the relegation zone, will make a statement on their search for a new manager on Wednesday.
