Chelmsford City have sealed their promotion from the Ryman League Premier Division, finishing as champions after a 1-1 draw at home to Ramsgate.
City only needed a draw to clinch their elevation to Blue Square South, but the game did not start well when Stuart Vahid gave the visitors an early lead.
Jeff King's side had to rely on a Kezie Ibe equaliser, who scored a close range effort in the 41st minute.
Chelmsford are 13 points ahead of their nearest rival with three games to play.
