Workington Reds boss Darren Edmondson was delighted to see his side end a run of four defeats with a 2-0 win over play-off chasing Hyde on Tuesday. Edmondson told BBC Radio Cumbria: "It was a good performance. We're sat looking at the table and we've still got work to do to move up the table.
"If we work hard and put pressure on teams we'll win games.
"We came out of the blocks after having a word with them at half-time. We were a far superior team."

The return of midfielder Anthony Wright was a key factor in the win and Edmondson was impressed with his performance.
"We asked him to look after himself a bit better than he did last time he was injured and he did so," he said.
"He's keen, he's enthusiastic and to have him back in playing like he has done now is a huge plus to us."
