Truro City stayed four points clear at the top of the Western Premier League after a comfortable 2-0 win over Frome Town at Treyew Road. Stewart Yetton opened the scoring after nine minutes, before Andy Watkins doubled the lead 15 minutes later.
City assistant manager Glyn Hooper felt his defence played extremely well in starving Frome's 21-goal top-scorer Mark Salter of any chances.
"I don't remember them actually having a chance," he told BBC Radio Cornwall.
"It was great performance from us as a team and in particular defensively."
Truro remain four points clear of Corsham Town at the top of the Western Premier League with three games in hand.
Truro now enter a period of four games in 10 days as they catch up on their missed fixtures.
They face 16th placed Barnstaple Town on Tuesday, before playing two away matches in two days at the weekend.
On Saturday they are at Melksham Town and on Sunday they face Radstock Town, before a big match with third-placed Dawlish Town at Treyew Road on Tuesday 18 April.
