Simeon Jackson scored his 15th and 16th league goals of the season as Rushden came from behind to beat Weymouth. Tom Shaw's close-range header gave the hosts an early lead but Weymouth levelled through defender Scott Doe's header from Paolo Vernazza's free kick.
Michael Malcolm headed Anton Robinson's cross in to put Weymouth ahead.
But Jackson's close-range volley levelled proceedings before Jackson lobbed Jason Matthews to secure the three points for the home side.
