Russell Penn struck deep into stoppage time to snatch the three points for Kidderminster and deny Farsley the chance to jump out of the drop zone. Damien Reeves put Farsley ahead in the 17th minute when he slotted in his fifth of the season from 16 yards.
Kidderminster fought back, though, and had already gone close through Penn and Andy Ferrell when James Constable fired home from range in the 51st minute.
And the turnaround was completed by Penn's neat finish in injury time.
