Two early second-half goals further eased Redditch's relegation fears as they claimed a second win in five days. The visitors could have taken the lead in the first half, but for several high quality saves from keeper Danny Lewis.
Liam Daly put the home side in front two minutes after the break when he headed home Danny Edwards' corner.
On 59 minutes, Daly returned the compliment with a ball over the top for Edwards to run on round the keeper and secure another vital three points.
After failing to register a single point in December, Redditch's latest victory, in the wake of the 3-0 New Year's Day win over Worcester City, has moved them up to 14th, seven points clear of trouble.
