The 24-year-old originally picked up the problem in his first spell at the club but Telford then brought him back from Macclesfield in December.

"Losing Michael is bad news for us and of course bad news for him," manager Rob Smith told BBC Radio Shropshire.

"He's had another kick on his knee, I may well look at extending his loan though," he added.
