Histon came from behind to beat 10-man Farsley and move into the top six. The hosts took the lead after just eight minutes when Erkan Okay brought down Amjad Iqbal in the box and Stephen Downes slotted home his spot-kick.
However, Nathaniel Knight-Percival headed in Adrian Cambridge's corner and Antonio Murray netted from close range.
Iqbal was shown his second yellow for a foul on Rob Nightingale and after Mark Hotte forced a fine save from Histon's Danny Naisbitt, Murray finished neatly.
