Droylsden hit back after the break for victory in an eight-goal thriller against high-flying Forest Green. Danny Bertram had put Forest Green into a fifth-minute lead and added two more before the break for a 3-2 lead.
But Jamie McGuire, who scored in the first half, lobbed home from 25 yards to haul Droylsden level again just after the hour-mark.
Steve Daly then converted from close-range before Chris Denham grabbed his second in the 93rd minute.
