John Grant's late winner ended Farsley's second-half comeback and put Aldershot top of the table. Aldershot went in at the break one up thanks to Rob Elvins' header and Grant added a second after 47 minutes.
Gareth Grant and Colin Heath quickly pulled Farsley level before Ricky Newman re-established Aldershot's lead.
Farsley were handed a lifeline when Scott Davies fouled Grant in the penalty box. Stephen Downes scored but John Grant had the final word.
