Stevenage moved into second place in the Blue Square Premier with a 2-0 win at Kidderminster. First-half goals from Daryl McMahon and Adam Miller settled a fiery encounter which saw six second-half bookings.
The deadlock was broken on 18 minutes when Craig Dobson squared to McMahon, who scored from the edge of the box.
The lead was doubled on half-hour when Miller sent in a rasping drive from all 35 yards which crashed past Harriers' goalkeeper Scott Bevan.
