Danny Kedwell's 35-minute first-half hat-trick secured his side's first league win of the season. Kedwell opened his account from close range after nine minutes and added a second from the penalty spot after Ben Watson was brought down.
Watson made it 3-0 on 23 minutes and Kedwell completed his hat-trick 10 minutes later with a superb strike.
Iyseden Christie's penalty pulled a goal back for Kidderminster but Aaron O'Connor restored Grays' cushion.
