| AFC Telford United boss Rob Smith has signed defender Asa Charlton from Mansfield Town. The 28-year-old was recently released by Stags boss Billy Dearden alongside striker Barry Conlon. Charlton began his career as a youngster with Telford and also played for Worcester City, Redditch United and Halesowen Town. The Staffordshire-based left-back is Smith's fourth signing since clinching promotion to the Conference North.
